Natural Makeup Look
Hey all,
I did some experimenting with the 17 makeup trio and decided to do a makeup look.
Here's some pictures of the makeup look, I went for a really natural and everyday look as I wanted something I could wear to uni and on a day to day basis. I'm not a hard core makeup person but have recently been experimenting and trying out new products.

Here's some pictures of the makeup look, I went for a really natural and everyday look as I wanted something I could wear to uni and on a day to day basis. I'm not a hard core makeup person but have recently been experimenting and trying out new products.
For the eyes I used the Light brown shade on the lid and then used the darker brown on the crease and outer v. Using a fluffy brush I blended out the brown. I then used the Champaign colour beneath my brow and used 17 make your Mark felt tip eyeliner to create a winged out effect. I used a bronze jumbo stick by LA colours and used this in my water line. Here I hadn't used mascara yet.
In this picture I use Clinique's high impact mascara in black and then for a second coat I used No7 exquisite curl.
For the face I used Max factors second skin foundation in 075 Golden just on my cheeks as that is the area I feel needs foundation and this evens the tone and colour of my face. I blend this out evenly and then use the 17 hid away concealer. This product is highly talked of in the YouTube world so I thought I'd give it a go and can honestly say it works wonders and is an overall great product.
I then use no7 Fanomenal eye palette and use the two pink colours as a highlight on my nose, cheek bones and cupids bow. The lipstick is Lancôme's colour fever beige everyday in no 204. It is a gorgeous colour and I paired it with Lancôme's Color Fever Gloss. And finally I have Mac Pink Swoon on my cheeks!
Here are some pictures
Vintage Clutch/Purse
Hey all,
A while ago I found this beautiful yet simple clutch in my mum's closet hidden away and I had never seen it and while I was looking for something I came across it and immediately fell in love with it. Its an all black leather clutch with silver dainty collar tips on the corners which I think makes it so cool and seems on trend right now.
Its also very spacious and has a lot of compartments for various things and is pretty nice. I've been using it lately and is a favourite at the moment.

Drugstore Haul and Dupes
Hey guys,
Here's my drugstore Haul!
So I've been wanting to try out more drugstore makeup and came across the 17 brand so I thought I would give it a try. I bought a few items and was quite pleased with my purchases as I found some dupes.
An absolute favourite makeup item of mine is the L'Oreal Paris superliner carbon gloss eyeliner pen and I wanted to try out the 17 Make Your Mark felt tip eyeliner and was quite surprised as it is quite good. Its helps with a precise and clean flick and application similar to the L'Oreal Paris superliner especially for someone like me who has a shaky hand and needs something like this.
Insert picture of both eyeliners here
Also I found the 17 In The Nude trio pot which is a somewhat smaller and travel sized pot for the Urban Decay Naked Palette as it contains three colours two browns and a lovely champagne colour which is great for everyday makeup looks which is similar to the context of the Naked Palette. Its easy to chuck in your bag if you don't have enough time in the mornings as its a great size and very affordable.

Here's a picture of the eye shadow trio above and the swatches on my hand!

Check out my new post for a makeup look using this eye shadow trio.

Hydrate your Hair!
Organic Root Stimulating olive oil Moisturizing hair lotion - Sounds weird right.
But it's great stuff!
I came acrosss this product a couple of months ago and can honestly say I have loved it since. It is Olive Oil and incredibly rich. Olive Oil has been used as a healing elixir to restore new life to the hair. With consistent use it has been known to improve the elasticity and hydration in hair. The Organic Root stimulator Olive oil lotion has bleneded olive oil into a rich moisturising lotion that conditions and protects the hair from high heat. It aids in restoring the hair's natural moisture balance while straightening the hair and providing a natural sheen.
It great for most of us who use heat on a regular basis as our hair needs something to restore its natural balance and to protect it. That is why it is highly recommened by hair stylist to use a heat defence serum or spray, plus with this your hair is being protected from the heat and this hair lotion aims to help straight hair naturall without using hair straightners. It is a organic root stimulator so its great stuff.
How I use it:
I tried using the olive oil hair lotion when my hair was completly dry after showering and after some research found the best way to use it, is when your hair is semi dry. I shower and clean my hair as usual and towel dry my hair for about 15 minutes and then I brush my hair towards the ends to get out any nots and then apply a pea size on my hand and smooth it down to the ends of my hair as that is where the damage is visibly the most.
Review:
I can honestly say I have seen a difference from before as my hair seems much more healthy and protected. Before the ends where very dry and my split ends where very visible. Even after a sligh trip I would notice the damaged ends but after using this product my hair feels much more nourished and healthy. Also the scent of the lotion is of a light scent and it smells very organic and nice.
The price of this product is also very good, its inexpensive which is great as it doesn't break the bank!

No7 Stay Perfect Nail Polish
Recently I have been trying out the No7 stay perfect nail polishes and I found them to be simply amazing. The brush application is the perfect size for a fingernail and allows a clean and tidy application which is great for someone like me who has no patience whatsoever in order tidying up my nails. The colour range is decent and the colours are quite attractive. The nail polish stays for around a 4-5 days before slightly chipping which to me is awesome.
The colours I have are:
So Simple (6):
It is one of my favourite colours as I love wearing this on a day to day basis, as it is a natural flesh tone. It is exactly whats its called So Simple, its easy and fun for work and you can do so many varitey of things to vamp it up. Add gems and gliiter. This is my staple piece for work as its elongates my fingers as it is a flesh tone colour.
Devils Delight (9):
it is a beautiful blood red and its right up my sister's alley. Yes my sister she is a red fanatic. Me not's so very much. I do love red but I love my cool tones, pastels and black. However I do adore the colour it looks amazing on her hands and she loves it. These nail colours also make a cute little gift when you find your gift bag is looking a little empty. Add a simple little ribbing on the lid and viola a small and cute piece to add a little extra smile on someones face.
Just Black (37):
I just recently purchased this one as I loved the range and was in a hunt for a black. I had been looking for a decent formula of black as I found the ones that I already had either would chip the next day or after a week or two the whole yes WHOLE bottle would get clumpy and disgusting. This was so annoying so i'll update you if I find that this is the same or not. Its a new bottle and I havent tried it yet. I figured since I likkd the other colours a lot I should invest in a black too.
Beanie (8):
So simple and beanie were my first No7 buys and they are my favourites. I am actually wearing beanie right now. I love the mushroom colour and always get compliments on the colour.
You can find the No7 Stay Perfect Nail polish range at any boots and they retail around
